Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging (inner materials included) so it can be safely reprocessed
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

You may open the outer box for inspection, but the product itself must not be used or altered in any way.
Any evidence of material use, milling, or contamination will void eligibility for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact help@monstermilling.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1100 Jupiter Rd, Ste 170, Plano, TX 75074 

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Please use a trackable and insured courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
We strongly recommend using a trackable courier and keeping your shipping receipt.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

    • Opened consumables or materials that cannot be re-sterilized
    • Hazardous or flammable products
    • Sale items and gift cards

    For any uncertainty about return eligibility, please reach out to us before shipping the item back.

    Exchanges

    To receive a replacement quickly, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original once your RA is approved.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
    If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
    Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the transaction.
