What exactly is included for $800?
The bar and the thimble copings, milled as one unit. Crowns are separate: add crown design at $20 per unit.
Why is Thimble $800 when other bars start at $350?
You are getting a bar and the crown substructure in one milled unit. More design, more milling, more QC.
What files do you accept? Do I need a scanner?
STL preferred. We accept scans from any intraoral scanner, including 3Shape, Medit, iTero, DS Core, Sirona, and Shining3D. No scanner? Mail us your model or impression. See how to send from your scanner.
Can you design the bar for me?
Yes. The base price covers milling from your designed STL. If we design it, add $380 with a model scan or $500 with an intraoral scan.
Are screws included?
No. Add them at $18 per unit.
How fast is it?
Depends on how you send it: 4 business days from a designed STL, 6 from a scan, 7 from a model, 8 from an impression. Daily order cutoff is 2:00 PM CT.
