When should I pick Lukas?
When molar occlusion leaves too little height for a standard bar. We adjust the design tooth by tooth. Not sure? Send the case and we will tell you straight.
What does the per-tooth fee cover?
Tooth-by-tooth design customization where the occlusion is tight: we adjust each unit to the clearance the case allows.
What files do you accept? Do I need a scanner?
STL preferred. We accept scans from any intraoral scanner, including 3Shape, Medit, iTero, DS Core, Sirona, and Shining3D. No scanner? Mail us your model or impression. See how to send from your scanner.
Can you design the bar for me?
Yes. The base price covers milling from your designed STL. If we design it, add $280 with a model scan or $400 with an intraoral scan.
Are screws included?
No. Add them at $18 per unit.
How fast is it?
Depends on how you send it: 4 business days from a designed STL, 6 from a scan, 7 from a model, 8 from an impression. Daily order cutoff is 2:00 PM CT.
